
British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) members will now have access to
additional expert financial compliance advice following the conclusion of a
deal with the providers Marsh Corporate Consulting Limited. The exclusive service
will help members with FSA compliance by providing assistance with the
financial areas of regulation. As part of the deal, BIBA members will have
access to preferential rates.
The new service will be added to BIBA’s
existing range of schemes and facilities available to its 2,000 members. The latest addition will
provide advice to brokers of all sizes on a wide range of financial compliance
issues and includes access to a modelling system that reports on:

indemnity self-certification;

money and assets;

regulatory
capital; and

other key issues that are essential for compliant companies.
